Supportive, effective, creative

ABC is a Voices of Hope project, sharing expert tips and techniques in supporting not only your journey to recovery, but throughout your everyday life. Through this 6 week, NHS approved course, you will receive the aid and guidance from highly trained tutors either online or in-person. ABC is designed to help individuals who have ongoing symptoms of a variety of conditions including breathlessness, fatigue, anxiety and disordered breathing.

Our Impact

Through the creative, innovative and evidence supported approach of the Active Breathing Course, we have seen hugely positive impacts in the lives of participants. Throughout the course, ABC participants are given the opportunity to build a base of tools to support their ongoing recovery and development, as well as to positively impact their everyday lives, making every breath count. Karen is our independent advocate who works supporting women who need help with accessing services or rights they are entitled to, and admin needs. She works at Kingston and also at our Elmbridge Women’s hub.
