Could you, someone you know, or someone you support, benefit from expert intervention to help with recovery from a long term, ongoing respiratory condition, anxiety or fatigue?
ABC is a six week, NHS approved, online course. Through controlled breath work and creative exercises, ABC is tailored to support recovery and long term wellbeing with the help and guidance of our specialist tutors.
We are a local charity and have a small course fee to cover our costs. Once you have completed the application form and payment, our ABC team will be in touch to discuss course availability. We will match your availability with our next corresponding course.
If you are unable to pay the course fee, please tick the Bursary option on the enrolment form.
ABC Cancer
The Active Breathing Course (ABC) is a free six-week program designed to offer therapeutic support for those affected by various types of cancer.
Through breathing and vocal exercises, ABC improves controlled breathing and lung function while providing techniques to help manage anxiety. Courses are held online and in-person in Southwest London / Surrey.
Each session will be of particular support to those who have been left with ongoing symptoms of: Breathlessness, Fatigue, Anxiety & Disordered Breathing.
