‘I Am’ Project
Wednesdays, from 12:30 PM to 2 PM
Starting 30th July 2025 – 6-week course
This 6-week course, delivered by SEEN Twickenham, invites women to explore how we relate to each other, our communities, and ourselves. Together, we’ll reflect on what makes for healthy, empowering relationships and how to build a positive self-image.
Sessions are fun, interactive, and require no prior experience. Participants will receive a certificate on completion.
The course supports women to build respectful, healthy relationships — free from coercion, violence, or intimidation — in a safe, welcoming space. Come connect, share, and grow in confidence!
