What to Expect
Learn the signs of good breathing to feel calm, strong and happy!
Learn the skills to help when your breathing feels a bit wobbly
Challenge yourself – or your friends and family to become the best bubble blower, the best siren maker, and the best song guesser!

A child-centred approach
BBA comes packed with resources to support children’s adventures and help them build a routine of healthy breathing habits and techniques:
- Weekly, online small-group lessons led by an experienced, DBS-certified tutor
- A fantastic workbook filled with challenges and activities around breathing (and some really terrible jokes)
- Practice each day guided by our Bear in online videos
