Voices of Hope receives Silver NDEI Award

We’re really pleased to share that Voices of Hope has been awarded Silver in the 2025 Autistica Neurodiversity Employers Index (NDEI®).

It’s a lovely moment for us, because it recognises the progress we’ve made towards being a more neuroinclusive organisation — and it matters because we want neurodiverse people to feel genuinely welcome, understood and able to thrive in our teams and in the way we work with the community.

The NDEI® looks at how organisations support neuroinclusion through policies, day-to-day practice and workplace culture. Being awarded Silver reflects the steps we’ve taken so far, and we’re proud of the work that’s gone into getting us here.

At the same time, we know this isn’t a finish line. We’re committed to keeping the momentum going: learning, listening and making practical improvements, using the feedback from the NDEI® report to guide what we do next.
