What we do

Kingston Women's HUB is a partnership of organisations providing holistic support to enable women to thrive after experiencing domestic violence, the criminal justice system, abuse, or multiple disadvantages.

What we offer

  • Specialist professional services to support women leaving domestic violence / the criminal justice system (Refuge - One Stop)
  • Peer mentoring support from women who have experienced domestic violence and/or abuse to help women find new purpose and belonging within community; practical support to enable healthy living (VoH/KingsGate - Charis Team, The Good Food Co-op)
  • Provision of childcare to make all sessions at the HUB accessible; supervised access and parenting support (RBK, VoH & KingsGate)
  • Specialist courses to equip and empower women (Various organisations)
  • Activities where women can relax, relate, grow and flourish. These are women-only groups and all have a focus of empowering women within the context of community, in their self esteem, confidence, skills, hobbies and passions (VoH/KingsGate - Sisterhood Choir, Sisterhood Sanctuary, Women's Community Garden sessions, Mentoring for Purpose)

Kingston Women's HUB will run on Mondays and Tuesdays at KingsGate Church, 161A Clarence Road, Kingston KT1 1QT.
